How did President Obama's commentary taint anything? What did he say that he shouldn't have?

 

Zimmerman is guilty as all hell for killing a kid in cold blood! He followed, chased, and confronted someone who was doing NOTHING! He was a paranoid racist looney wannabe cop with nothing better to do than chase people around his neighborhood and pester the cops. We've already seen enough proof, throw this fuckface in jail already!

And those cops, how about a hand for those useless Florida pigs, useless fucking dirtbags, spineless fucking morons! They let a killer go home, with his gun, after NO INVESTIGATION! Did they not listen to their own 911 tapes? I hope these assholes pay dearly for this! I'll bet Floridians are real proud of their cops right now, really proud!

 

Great rant but actually the police did keep Zimmerman's gun. But under Florida law if he had another gun at home or wanted to buy one he could have been armed again a soon as he got home.

 

The differences that I posted are very clear, whereas what you are saying is very opaque. In this country not every murder receives national coverage, so I guess in a place the size of the US that a murder in NY is of little interest to people in Boise Idaho.

What is being debated here and in your national press is not so much the killing but the manner of the investigation and the use of "stand your ground" laws.

Again if you think the press is doing a bad, shoddy or biased job then complain to them, refuse to buy their product and demand a change in the way news is reported.

 

Obama didn't say a thing about Zimmerman's guilt or innocence. Nothing he said could even remotely be construed as prejudicial. Not that some of the wingnuts won't try...

 

Maybe...but it's more tainted by the actions of the Sanford PD. Either way, though, it's going to be difficult to get a conviction.

 

The chances of this guy walking free from a trial is about the same as Joliet making another sock by the end of April.

I doubt you could find a jury that is not partisan one way or the other, and has all forensic evidence appears to have been lost or ignored then you are going to be relying on eyewitness accounts and we all know how reliable they are.

What I don't understand is why the police did not treat this as a murder investigation until G Zimmerman proved his "stand your ground" defence. Surely evidence that would support his claims was lost alongside evidence that would have stood against him, unless of course the police are holding the evidence and are just teasing us.

 

No I think they just flat blew most the evidence even though according to one officer on the scene and one investigator they thought Zimmerman should be charged.

But right now in Sanford I think Zimmerman and Martin are actually their smaller worries. Racial tensions were already so high in Sanford before the Martin killing the city administration and police are actually far more worried about riots breaking out.

Does anyone else remember this incident. I read about and remembered but didn't realize it was actually also in Sanford.

The problem of racism is all the leaders down there, Zimmerman is Mexican (or as some say part Mexican) either way he is NOT white.

Then you have spike lee tweeting Zimmermans address and finding out he fucked up and gave out someone else s address. Then roseann barr that fat fuck commie (and yes she admitted she is a communist)does the same thing.

The ones creating and continuing the tensions there is the left and they are looking for a riot like the one at Walgreen's where all the kids cut school and rioted in the store robbing it. They should all be put in jail. But then again obozo wants the blacks wound up and rev al and jakson and crew will make sure he has that.

And like I said in previous posts those particular southern policemen have an already pretty dramatic record of prejudicial law enforcement which is part of the flash point in Sanford. Its not just Trayvon Martin. He's just the last victim.

Why are all you right wing proponents saying Omaba said he wants a kid that looks like Martin, what he said was "If I had a son he would look like him (TM ), why do you twist his words into something he never said?

There would be no catalyst for racial tension if Zimmerman had not shot this kid or if the PD had did their job correctly and the state prosecutor had not quashed the investigation. But you don't see that, all you see is angry black people who seem to scare you.

If he would have listened to the dispatch and NOT FOLLOE it wouldn't have been a street fight.

 

We don't know if Zimmermen did or did not continue to follow Trayvon after the dispather told him not to. According to Zimmermen, he was began returning to his car after the dispatcher told him that. According to the mainstream media, Zimmerman continued to follow Trayvon. But they don't have any evidence that he did.

 

Obviously I do not use it that way. Any Oriental who thinks the term is pejorative is too sensitive, like an American who dislikes being called a "Yank."
